Training and CPD
My approach to supporting women and families is shaped by both my professional background and my continued learning.
From my experience as a paediatric nurse to my work as a doula and yoga teacher, I bring together evidence-informed knowledge, practical experience and a calm, holistic approach to supporting pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
I believe there is always more to learn, so continuing professional development is an important part of my practice.

My training doesn't stop with a qualification. I continue to develop my knowledge through further study, workshops and CPD so that the support I offer can continue to grow alongside my practice.
